Project Completion– Berkeley Homes | Twelve Trees Park
Thrilled to share the successful completion of our contribution to the landmark Twelve Trees Park project by BERKLEY HOMES LIMITED in East London, in collaboration with Maylim WBD Group and Arbus Limited.
This project has been a testament to teamwork, innovation, and precision. We were proud to deliver a bespoke site design that seamlessly integrates with the unique architectural and landscaping vision of the development — all while meeting rigorous technical and compliance requirements.
✅ Key Project Highlights:
Tailored site design to suit complex urban constraints and aesthetic ambitions of the Twelve Trees Park masterplan.
Secured approvals from London Underground, ensuring all installations met strict safety and operational criteria adjacent to live rail infrastructure.
Custom-designed Smartraft® to accommodate VRS (Vehicle Restraint System) that is not only compliant with standards but also manufactured to allow the installation of bespoke paving solution.

Developed and installed in partnership with Ringway Surrey County Council & Arbus Limited, Hydroraft® represents a forward-thinking approach to sustainable and efficient highways maintenance incorporating Smartraft Hydrorock drainage and VRS.

“We had a positive experience using Smartraft® for the first time in North Wales on the A55 scheme at Junction 10 to 9. The Smartraft® design team were very helpful and very flexible with the constantly changing design to achieve the final desired layout. The seamless design of the Smartraft® system significantly streamlined the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption and improved project efficiency. The system provided a solution to an otherwise difficult project and no doubt provided a time and cost saving compared to relocating existing underground assets.
Throughout the project, the technical support provided was exemplary. The Smartraft® team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and dedication, offering clear guidance and prompt assistance whenever required. This ensured that the solution was integrated smoothly into our design and installation processes. Even on-site issues during the construction phase was promptly addressed with a solution prior to the Smartraft® installation.

Thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project on the M3 with Octavius Infrastructure and Arbus Limited !
For this 510m installation, we adapted the Smartraft® 200 unit by incorporating a raised precast lip at the rear face. This enhancement prevents rainwater runoff from eroding the embankment and reduces contaminants out of the watercourse by directing water into the Smartraft® windows, which are installed above a drainage system. The result? A more sustainable and effective solution.
